The 1899–1900 Irish Cup was the 20th edition of the Irish Cup, the premier knockout cup tournament in Irish football.

Linfield unsuccessfully defended its 1900 title losing in the first round to Distillery. Cliftonville successfuly defended its pursuit of a 4th title defeating in the final the Bohemians, 2-1.[1][2]
