Indirect presidential elections are due to be held in Togo in 2025.[1] They will be the first presidential elections since the 2024 constitutional reforms, which abolished direct presidential elections and instead made the president elected by the National Assembly.
Electoral system
[edit]Following the constitutional reforms of 2024, the president will be elected by members of the National Assembly and can only serve two four-year terms.[2]
