B.K.L. Walawalkar Rural Medical College is a medical college in Chiplun , Maharashtra , India.[ 1] Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). It is recognised by the Medical Council of India . The college is the only medical institute in Konkan division .[ 1]
Selection to the college is done on the basis of merit through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test . Yearly undergraduate student intake is 150. In 2017, the tuition was increased by 86%.[ 1]
