Battlefield (Italian: Campo di battaglia) is a 2024 Italian war drama film directed by Gianni Amelio, written by Amelio and Alberto Taraglio, and starring Alessandro Borghi as a World War I-era doctor in Northern Italy.[1]

The film premiered at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, where it competed for the Golden Lion, and was released in Italy by 01 Distribution on 5 September 2024.[2]

On Rotten Tomatoes, the film has a rating of 80%, based on seven critics.[3] The Guardian gave to the film a rating of 3 on 4 stars.[4]
