Brusno (Hungarian: Borosznó) is a village and municipality in Banská Bystrica District in the Banská Bystrica Region of central Slovakia.
History
[edit]In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1402.
Geography
[edit]The municipality lies at an altitude of 405 metres and covers an area of 43.511 km2 (16.80 sq mi). It has a population of about 2,114 people.
