Central (Swindon ward)
Central is an electoral ward in the Borough of Swindon, England. Since 1998, the ward has elected three councillors to Swindon Borough Council.
History
[edit]The ward is set to be abolished for 2026.[1]
Geography
[edit]The ward is based on the areas of Central Swindon North and Central Swindon South. It is considered a stronghold for the Labour Party.[2]
Demographics
[edit]In the 2021 census, the population of the ward was 15,425.[3]
