Aloke Sharad Panday (born 13 November 1966), better known as Chikki Panday, is an Indian businessman based in Mumbai. [2][3] He, along with Ranjeet Deshmukh, co-founded the 'Akshara Foundation of Arts & Learning' which works towards providing education to under privileged children.[4]

Personal life

[edit]

Chikki Panday is the brother of actor Chunky Pandey and is married to Deanne Pandey. He has two children.[1][5]

Controversy

[edit]

In November 2021, Chikki was summoned by Mumbai Police in the concluded Narcotics Control Bureau's cruise drug bust case involving Aryan Khan. As part of the Special Investigation Team's probe into extortion allegations, Chikki Pandey reportedly provided contact details of Shah Rukh Khan's manager, Pooja Dadlani. However, Chikki did not turn up before the SIT, citing Covid-19.[6] He was summoned based on a statement by Sam D'Souza, who alleged that Chikki had come to Lower Parel with a bag of money.[7]
