Fencing at the 1963 Pan American Games was held in São Paulo, Brazil, as part of the IV Pan American Games from April 20 to May 5, 1963. The competition featured six men’s and women’s events, spanning individual and team disciplines in foil, épée, and sabre. Team events saw the United States dominate, securing gold in men’s foil and épée, while Mexico and Canada also reached the podium.
