(I cropped this from [[Thomas Holme]]'s 1687 map of Pennsylvania. It shows the Brandywine (variant spelling on map) from its East branch source to its mouth on the "Chistian River" in current [[Wilmington, Delaware]]. I don't think the cropping gives me )
