Description
English: Afghan Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Zalmai Rassoul, joined U.S. Ambassador to Afghanistan Ryan Crocker and Marine Corps Gen. John R. Allen, commander of NATO and International Security Assistance Force troops in Afghanistan, in speaking about the solidarity between Afghanistan, the United States and NATO forged out of common sacrifices and a shared commitment to Afghanistan’s future, during a commemoration Sept. 11, 2011, at the U.S. Embassy, Kabul, Afghanistan.
