DescriptionBlodwell Junction Station 1836071 cf4580bb.jpg
English: Blodwell Junction Station. View WSW, towards Llangynog on Tanat Valley Railway from Oswestry. In the distance on the left the mineral line, coming from Nantmawr behind the camera, branches left to Llanymynech. The TVR lost its passenger traffic on 15/1/51 and goods from 6/1/64 (1/7/52 west of Llanraiadr), the other line never carried passengers. The line from Oswestry (also east from Gobowen) to here had been mothballed by Network Rail in 1988 and in 2008 was acquired by the Cambrian Railways Society.
