This is the only photograph of the subject located after an exhaustive search on the web, archive.gov, Gateway to Oklahoma History Society site, newspaperarchive.com, newspapers.com, Chronicling America, and Hathi-Trust. The 2014 publication seems to have been the first publishing of the photograph. Although taken in 1903, at first publication, if this date is correct, the photograph was 111 years old and not the 120 years required by the copyright code.
