1. The image is necessary and standard to display the film as a whole for the lead-in infobox.
2. The image does not inhibit sales of the DVD or posters for Chai Lai.
3. The image does not impede the licensing of Chai Lai.
4. The image does no damage to the image or quality of Chai Lai. In fact its use exactly fits the purpose of a movie poster, promoting the film.

This image is of a film poster, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher or the creator of the work depicted.
