English: House at 940 Cherokee Boulevard in the Sequoyah Hills neighborhood of Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. The 940 lot was the only Talahi lot sold by developer Robert Foust before his financial collapse and subsequent suicide. The house was built by Walter S. Nash in the 1930s. The University of Tennessee used this house as its presidential mansion from 1960 until 2009.
