As it is currently only used on enwiki, why go through the trouble or risk it being deleted at some later point? The version currently on Commons is licensed as "cc-by-4.0-au", a license that is currently not available from the Creative Commons website. Even if it were or if Commons would go with the link (which points to the 3.0 license) the license is moot. The CFA copyright page specifically excludes the CFA logo from any CC licensing |
