English: Gedney Station Closed in 1959 this station, on the old M&GN line, is in remarkably good repair with the platform still intact. Over two years after TF4123 : Gedney Station was taken and not a lot has changed except a few more tiles are off the roof. This would be an expensive renovation project: the warning sign on the west facing wall says "dangerous substances". The Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway (M&GN) was a joint railway owned by the Midland Railway (MR) and the Great Northern Railway (GNR) in eastern England. Its main route linked Yarmouth, Kings Lynn and Spalding with Bourne and the Midlands. Most of the route was single track.
