English: TALLADEGA, Ala. -- Jamie McMurray, No. 26 Ford Fusion, slides down the high banks after hitting the wall in a 11-car chain reaction crash on Turn 4 of Lap 144. Fire safety crews all around the track responded immediately to the crash. On pit road, John Piccuito, J.R. Suddarth and Tech. Sgt. Jimmy Reed, Eglin Air Force Base firefighters, are among a group of firefighters from all over the country that go to the spring and fall Talladega NASCAR races to make sure the drivers and race teams are safe. They provided safety for the Friday night Automobile Racing Club of America RE/MAX Series race, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race on Saturday and the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series race on Sunday.
