(NFCC4)
Strongly believed that the use of this image upon only the English-language Wikipedia, to illustrate a section of the article discussing aspects relating to the search for the person depicted and described, falls under the "Non-profit, educational" clause of the 'Fair Use' doctrine, currently upheld by U.S. law. (17 U.S.C. § 107.)
