Thus free work permissions are extremely hard to obtain, and any picture of Matt Holt relevant to Nothingface is based in the past, and cannot be reasonably replaced by a new photo. Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Nothingface is disbanded and Matt Holt currently does not perform or dress according to his notoriety. New pictures would not serve the same function to display him at the height of his Nothingface fame; new pictures certainly would not have stages available as backdrops.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Single image representative of the musician and musician's image as part of a Template: Infobox musical artist. Musical group has disbanded, and so no new free license image can be taken, for use instead.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The image is untraceable, and therefore no commercial reprints or website display have been readily made available by the original photographer. This indicates non-intent to profit commercially from the work.
