Summary

The image I have chosen to upload is the cover of the music album Moxy V by rock band Moxy. The image came from the website Moxy.ca. This image I have chosen to upload will be used in Moxy V (Moxy album) page, in the discography section. The image itself will be placed on the Moxy V (Moxy album) page in the right-hand information box that states information about the album, the image will be placed there, the whole purpose is to show anyone who uses that page what the particular album looks like, as there has been no picture of the album there in the past. The image shall be used in no other page but that one that I have stated.

It is believed that the use of this image on the English-language Wikipedia to illustrate an article on the audio recording in question falls under the "Non-profit educational" clause of the Fair Use doctrine currently upheld by United States law. (17 U.S.C. § 107)
The image is irreplaceable; a free analogue is impossible to produce as the original will be covered by copyright for the foreseeable future.
Owing to the limited web-resolution of the image, only a small portion of a copyrighted work is used.
