From the document, "DISTRIBUTION OF THIS DOCUMENT IS UNLIMITED"; printed copies were available from the w:National Technical Information Service. Note that the paper describes a "confused situation" and disagreements among sources on high pressure phases in 1975; for many uses a more modern source is recommended.
