Română: Descrierea stemei

Stema comunei Zagon, potrivit anexei nr. 1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite.

În câmp albastru se află doi lei aurii, afrontați, ce țin cu ambele labe un brad argintiu dezrădăcinat.

În partea superioară, bradul este flancat de două stele aurii cu câte șase raze.

Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate

Leii provin din blazoanele conților Mikes de Zăbala și baronilor Szentkereszty de Zagon, care au deținut domenii pe teritoriul localității.

Stelele simbolizează numărul satelor aparținătoare comunei.

Bradul reprezintă principala ocupație de bază a locuitorilor - silvicultura.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
