Description
English: On February 1st, 2020, Caladan Oceanic's ultra-deep diving submersible Limiting Factor descended off the coast of Toulon to investigate the wreck of the SS Minereve (S647), lost with all hands in 1968. Accompanying the pilot, Victor Vescovo, was a retired member of France's submarine community, Admiral Jean-Louis Barbier. The mission was to survey the wreck at a depth of 2,350 meters to help discover the true cause of its unexplained sinking.
