Built in 1907 at Bath Iron Works in Bath, Maine, the Camden was one of the steamships which ran the line from Boston to Bangor for the Eastern Steamship Lines.
Camden was rebuilt for transport during World War II, serving the Hawaiian islands. Sold to Asia Development Corp of Shanghai April 30. 1948.
