The photograph was taken between 1893 (birth of Prajadhipok) and 1920 (death of Chakrabongse. Based on the apparent youth of Prajadhipok and Chudadhut, it was probably taken around 1900.

Thai copyright law states that a photograph becomes public domain 25 years after date of initial publication.

Thus, it seems reasonable to state that this photograph is in the public domain.
