Summary

Description Ohio Tobacco is called "Burley White", and is still grown in 20 Ohio Counties. This series was photographed along the Ohio River during Labor Day Weekend----traditionally the start of harvest for this crop. If anyone is interested in learning more about the history of tobacco, venture your way to the Tobacco Museum in Ripley, OH (Along Route 52) to meet Eddy and the other tobacco farmers to get the historical perspective on this agricultural crop.
