Gail's (styled "GAIL's") is a British bakery and cafe chain, with over 100 shops, mostly in the London area.[1]

Gail's was co-founded in the 1990s by Israeli baker Gail Mejia and businessman Ran Avidan, and opened its first bakery in Hampstead's High Street in 2005.[2][3][1] Tom Molnar is the co-founder and CEO of Gail's and its parent company, Bread Holdings.[4]

Gail's has expanded outside London to elsewhere in the south-east of England, and since 2022 to outside the south-east. As at April 2024 there were 131 outlets, with more planned.[5][6]
