Guaratinga is a municipality in the state of Bahia in the North-East region of Brazil.[2]
The municipality contains the 19,238 hectares (47,540 acres) Alto Cariri National Park, created in 2010.[3]
Climate
[edit]Guaratinga experiences a tropical savanna climate (Köppen: Aw) with hot summers, warm winters, and moderate rainfall.
