Danielle Glanville is an Australian professional wrestler, singer, and model. She is signed to the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW) under the ring name Harley Cameron, where she is a member of The Outcasts stable.

Early life

[edit]

Danielle Glanville was born in the small town of Alstonville, New South Wales in northern Australia.[1] She was the seventh of nine children,[2] and was particularly close to her two younger siblings; she recalls being introduced to professional wrestling as a child by her younger brother, who was a "huge fan" of American professional wrestler The Undertaker.[1] Glanville's family moved to Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia when she was 13 years old.[1] She pursued various other interests, including soccer, singing, and dancing,[1] and ultimately earned a degree in journalism.[2]

Initially intending to work in news media, Glanville ventured into finance as a mortgage lender while continuing to pursue music on the side.[1][2] She later worked at a cabaret restaurant in Gold Coast under the stage name Luna.[3][2] Glanville also participated in bikini and bodybuilding competitions.[2]

Glanville moved to the United States in 2018 to further her career in singing and modelling. Eventually, she became a ring girl for Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship while focusing on her singing career.[4]

Wrestling career

[edit]

Glanville's former partner is professional rugby league footballer Daniel Vidot. After leaving rugby league, he began a career in professional wrestling and was signed to a developmental contract with WWE NXT under the name Xyon Quinn in 2018. This move sparked Glanville's interest in professional wrestling, but she decided to focus on other interests at the time.[4]

In 2021, Glanville began training at the Flatbacks Wrestling School in Orlando, Florida under veteran professional wrestlers Tyler Breeze and Shawn Spears.[5] She reportedly excelled in her training due to her bodybuilding experience and entertainment background.

When she originally began working wrestling events, it was without pay because she had not yet received her green card.[6] Originally, she went by the ring name Danni Ellexo. She eventually wrestled her first known match in February 2022 in the WrestlePro promotion. In the match, she lost to Scarlett Bordeaux.

After various stints on the independent circuit with Shine Wrestling, Coastal Championship Wrestling, and World Wrestling Network, she appeared on an episode of All Elite Wrestling's AEW Dark under the name Harley Cameron in July 2022. The match ended in defeat to Willow Nightingale. Later in 2023, Cameron began appearing as part of Q. T. Marshall's stable "QTV" on both Dynamite and Rampage. She officially signed to the company in April 2023.[4][7] It was later revealed that Glanville originally had plans to join WWE prior to signing to AEW but many of the individuals pushing for her signing were released as part of mass layoffs at the company.[6]

When QT Marshall left AEW in late 2023, his stable dissolved; Cameron was then introduced to Saraya by Ruby Soho as a new member of The Outcasts after Toni Storm’s departure from the group.[8] She made her AEW in-ring debut on Dynamite on 8 May 2024 against Mariah May. She was ultimately defeated by Storm’s protege.[9]

Singing career

[edit]

Glanville partnered with WWE wrestlers Scarlett Bordeaux and Shotzi Blackheart for her first music video release for her song "Indestructible". She worked with the duo again for to release a version of "I Put a Spell on You" and another music video. She later collaborated with then-Impact Wrestling stars Jessie McKay and Cassie Lee to release a music video titled "The Iinspiration", after the tag team for which McKay and Lee are best known.[4]

Personal life

[edit]

Glanville speaks Mandarin and has practiced Ventriloquism.[2]

In August 2018, Daniel Vidot proposed to her on their last night in Australia before migrating to America during her final performance as part of "Dracula’s Cabaret".[10] The couple split in 2024.[11]
