Kamihongō Station (上本郷駅, Kamihongō-eki) is a railway station located in the city of Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Shin-Keisei Electric Railway.

Kamihongō Station is served by the Shin-Keisei Line, and is located 1.7 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Matsudo Station.

History

Kamihongō Station was opened on 21 April 1955.

Future plans

Effective April 2025, the station is to come under the aegis of Keisei Electric Railway as the result of the buyout of the Shin-Keisei Railway.[1][2]

In fiscal 2018, the station was used by an average of 7181 passengers daily.[3]
