Khalteh (Persian: خلطه), also romanized as Khalţeh, and Khelţeh; also known as Khalīfeh-ye Qadīm, Khalīteh, Khaltak, and Khalte,[3] was a village in Shamsabad Rural District of the Central District of Dezful County, Khuzestan province, Iran.
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 320 in 79 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 271 people in 77 households.[2]
After the census, the village of Shamsabad merged with the villages of Khalteh, Qaleh-ye Seyyed, and Shahrak-e Towhid in the establishment of the new city of Shamsabad.[5]
