Minavand (Persian: ميناوند, also Romanized as Mīnāvand)[1] is a village in Miyan Taleqan Rural District, in the Central District of Taleqan County, Alborz Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 345, in 101 families.
The people of this village speak Azari language. The height of this village is 2709 meters above sea level. The ancestors of the people of this village were exiled from East Azerbaijan to Taleghan. This village is very religious
