The film starts with the scene on the ending of the first movie, when Albert Macapagal, Isaac Estrada, Aristotle Ramos, Mozart Twister Aquino, and Michael Angelo Marcos graduated from High School. Isaac, wanted to enter showbusiness, but he would never had a callback. He would be landed as an event security in some showbiz events. He also got married and had a son named Fidel. Aristotle, wanted to become a chef, but he would always got fired from every five-star hotels and restaurants he worked because of his stupidity. He decided to open a bakery business, married and had a daughter named Gloria. Mozart, who wanted to compete in bodybuilding competitions, landed on a job in a local gym. But, he would always get into trouble because of being accident-prone. When his mother won a jackpot prize in the lottery, he suggested to use the money as an income for a fitness gym. He would also got married and had a daughter named Korina or Cory. In the case of Michael Angelo, he suffered severe burns in the face when he mistakenly poured kerosene in their barbecue grill. In order to repair his face, he needs to undergo reconstructive plastic surgery. After the surgery, he noticed that Michael Angelo's is that of Matteo Guidicelli. But when the doctor showed the picture, it found out that the face was the one on the left, while Michael Angelo's real face, (who was Mart Escudero) was on the right side. But, the doctor said that his new face can gain girlfriend's, especially Sarah Geronimo. But, Michael Angelo fell in love with Filomena, who was Aristotle's aunt. Although Albert, Isaac, Aris, Mozart and Michael Angelo are known for their stupidity, it's the opposite when it comes to their children. Because of this, Macoy, Gloria, Fidel and Cory formulated a plan in order for them, not to be embarrassed. In their recognition ceremony, the Moron 5 noticed that someone is being called as the father of their children. But, the children were caught red-handed when they paid the men to pose as their fathers. One night, in a drinking session, they saw a bright light falling from the sky. It was a light from an airplane that fell due to a lightning. Albert thinks that it was from space and it brings superhuman powers. They were struck by lightning upon placing their hands at the so-called "power source". Thinking that they have superpowers, they decided that they will use the powers to save people. They decided to call themselves as the M5, instead of the usual Moron 5, with Albert as M1, Isaac as M2, Aristotle as M3, Mozart as M4 and Michael Angelo as M5.

But, the M5's archnemesis Becky Pamintuan, who escaped from the mental facility, decided to get her revenge to them. Upon learning about M5, she decided to locate their hideout, and to get their power source. After fighting with a terrorist group led by Abdul Ado Remi, Becky and her nemesis abducted M5's families and called Albert, telling him that he had not only their families, but their "power source." When M5 went to their hideout, Becky held their families hostage. In exchange of their freedom, she demands to activate the power source. Little did M5 knows, she's holding a remote control that could shake the ground. Until a TV monitor appeared saying that they don't have any superpowers and that the power source didn't gave the powers they possessed. Becky, who was already distraught by their revelation, was brought back to the mental hospital.

During the recognition, Macoy said that the people that is deserving of his recognition, is their fathers.
