Pinin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PNN gene.[5][6]

Pinin has been shown to interact with Keratin 8,[7] Keratin 18,[7] Keratin 19,[7] CTBP1,[8] RNPS1,[9][10] PRPF4B,[11] SFRS4,[12] PPIG,[13] SRRM2[12] and SFRS18.[12]
