Rajesh Ramesh (born 28 March 1999) is an Indian track and field athlete who specializes in the 400 metres. He completed his schooling at Govt Hr Sec School, Peralam, where he was trained by PT Master, Paranthaman Selvaraj. He won a silver medal at the mixed 4 × 400 metres relay event at the 2022 Asian Games.[1] In 2023, he won a gold medal in the 4×400 metres at the 2022 Asian Games. He also competed in the same event at the 2023 World Athletics Championships, reaching the final after having set an Asian record of 2:59.05 in the heats.[2] The team ultimately finished 6th in the final.

[edit]Rajesh Ramesh was a key member of the Indian men's 4x400m relay team at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The team competed in the heats of the men's 4x400m relay, held at the Stade de France, and delivered a commendable performance.
