Ryerson is an English surname. It can also be an anglicized spelling of Scandinavian surnames. Originating from Dutch meaning "the son of Ryerse(n), Reyer or Reijer (rider)", the Swedish "Reierson", or Norwegian and Danish's "Reiersen".[1]
