Santa Cruz is a district of the Turrialba canton, in the Cartago province of Costa Rica.[1][2]

History

Santa Cruz was created on 14 February 1920 by Decreto 28. Segregated from Alvarado canton.[2]

Santa Cruz has an area of 124.94 km²[3] and an elevation of 1,475 metres.[1]
