"She Says" is a song by American singer-songwriter Howie Day, initially recorded for his independently released debut studio album Australia. The song was later re-recorded and released on July 25, 2005 to adult and hot contemporary radio as the third and final single from his second studio album and major label debut Stop All the World Now (2003).

The song had moderate traction, peaking at number six on the Adult Top 40 charts and number three on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart.
