In 2010, she became the director of the Ph.D. program at the Institute for Doctoral Studies in the Visual Arts (IDSVA).[6] In 2012, she became its director, vice president for academic affairs and was working as a professor of art, philosophy, and visual studies.[1] In 2024, Moro was named the second president of IDSVA, succeeding founding president George Smith.[1]
