Snowbank Lake is a lake in Lake County, in the U.S. state of Minnesota.[1]
Snowbank Lake is an English translation of the native Ojibwe-language name.[2]
Climate
[edit]The weather station Ely 25E is on the southern edge of Snowbank Lake (Minnesota), a lake in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. Snowbank Lake has a dry winter humid continental climate (Köppen Dwb), bordering on a subarctic climate (Köppen Dfc).
