Sorry, no can do; We can not put Lipov Gaj together with Veternik, Futog, Kisac... these are settlements, Lipov Gaj is just a couple of buildings with fences, that doesn't make it a neighborhood or a settlements. In every modern city there are these kind of residential blocks, and there are not classified as neighborhoods, or settlements. I am for putting info on Lipov Gaj in Veternik, or to make a different article, but common... In US, every village or town has at least 10 of these types of residential homes.
