Laura Ford
[edit]I have found a good head shot of Laura Ford at http://assets.wwf.org.uk/img/laura_ford_zofi_molnar_9391.jpg
I was wondering if anyone with the experience might help us in getting to the position, where this can be uploaded without causing any problems? cheers Banch {{helpme}}17:03, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
- Sorry, but I doubt we can use that; I think it will be (c) WWF. We can only use 'free' images; please see Wikipedia:Finding images tutorial. Cheers, Chzz ► 17:34, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
- (edit conflict) Please see the copyright notice on this page. As it stands it is not possible for us to use the picture. However, they do provide contact details at which you can request permission. If you want to contact them, there is a guide at Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission which will help you in making the request properly. They would need to release the image under a free license, such as CC-BY or CC-BY-SA, if we are to able to use it. If you have any further questions you can:
- Leave a message on my talk page; or
- Use another {{helpme}} here; or
- Talk to us live, with this.
- Good luck! AJCham 17:39, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

Email problems
[edit]Hello again,
I've replied to your email re: Laura Ford's picture, but my email address is triggering a blacklist and the email is being blocked. I have a Gmail account, so it may be the the gmail.com domain that is being blocked. If you can, please remove this to allow me to email you. If you would prefer not to remove the global block on Gmail.com, you may be able to contact me in our IRC channel so that I can give you a specific address to be whitelisted.
If this is not possible, please email me again in the same manner as before with Laura's contact details, which I've had removed from my talk page. I had intended to keep you CC'd on my correspondence with Laura, which will not be possible in these circumstances, but I will keep you informed of progress on this page if necessary.
