I disagree with your reasoning for the revert. The link as it current appears leads to the Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents page with no indication of what happened with that user. My understanding is that G10 is broader than just a negative unsourced BLP, that it encompasses articles that do nothing but attack even if sources support the negative material. OTOH, that would mean that many articles about criminals would be attack pages. So, now having dithered a bit, if you think the article should be restored, go right ahead.
