editing assistance

Some guy keeps troll editing the Slovenia page that you fixed a bit ago. I tried restoring to correct version and the idiot keeps undoing the corrections. How do you stop this from happening? It says his user account doesnt exist and you cant use the Talk function for him (his username is FortniteIsCringe). Nobody to report to, no moderators?
