Thanks for your note and welcome to Wikipedia. The welcome message above points you to the best "how to get started" articles.
I found the article on WP:DEP because there were no links to other articles. So that was the firt thing I tried to fix up. Then I noticed that you'd used some quotes from the copany's web site. Short quotes like that are fine - but its always best to attribute them, otherwise articles will no longer be neutral (see The five pillars of Wikipedia).
If I'm writing an article from scratch (rare) or trying to help fix up an article (more frequent) I try to find some similar articles to give me some ideas on how to structure it, good links etc. In this case I took a look at Subway (restaurant). Maybe have a look there, and see if that gives you some ideas on how you could develop the Yello Sub article?
Above all, have fun and have a go! Or in the jargon Be Bold!.

[edit]Well, I had an eighth-grade teacher who would threaten to do that (except for the leaving-for-dead part, of course) on a regular basis. I must admit you had me stumped with "RTFA" for a minute... "Oh, arrrrticle!". --CliffC 03:18, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

VT Shooting Revert
[edit]No problem. I'm quick with the refresh =P Spencewah 21:29, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
I'm having some problems with nominating an article (Wikibully) for deletion. It was created in retaliation for another article being deleted. Anyways, I started to follow the 3 steps, but when I got to step two, the preloaded information for deletion lead me to a previous debate for deletion, indicating that this page had already been created, nominated, and deleted. What do you do to renominate an article for deletion that has already been deleted? Flibbert 01:18, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
- If the article is basically the same as it was when it was deleted at AfD, then you can, instead of nominating the article for deletion, put the text
{{db-repost}}
on the top of the page. This tells an administrator that a user recreated deleted content. Cheers, ( arky ) 01:41, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Wikibully
[edit]I wrote the article titled Wikibully. You need to support your opinion with fact. Please reference for me why you think I wrote that article in retaliation. Did I mention any names? Did I mention any articles? I have heard the word wikibully used and was surprised there was no article for it, so I started one. Please, sir, give show me where you find it to be retalitory. Andyhartman 01:27, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Yes sir, I did leave that note. Again, that's how I came to find out there was no article for Wikibully. As I said, it is a term that is being used on this site and others. (Please see the references on the article). I used the term as well. The article is to explain the term to new users. Does it mention RHaworth or the article which I tried to speak to him about? Please sir, you need to be objective. Show me how writing an article about a common term is retalitory. One has absolutley nothing to do with the other. Andyhartman 01:37, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Agreed. For future reference, please read the article and then nominate it for deletion. Don't nominate because of something someone left on another page. The reason for nomination should simply be based on the information contained in the article. Is it erroneous? Is it incorrect or unreferenced? If you read the article, you will see it is a simple definition for a simple term. Andyhartman 01:44, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Bill Walker
[edit]Why do you keep reverting the claim that Bill Walker was a teammate of OJ Mayo with the note "rvv"? This comment is not "vandalism". StaticElectric (talk) 22:27, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not one of the IPs, just an article observer. And I don't object to keeping it out, I was just inquiring as to why it was considererd vandalism. StaticElectric (talk) 03:20, 19 December 2007 (UTC)

I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Planet Sub. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

We have a large number of unreferenced biographies of living persons, but it works out to be just two or three articles per active participant. K-State
[edit]Flibbert,
WTF, man? Do you relish in being wrong?
Okay, you say that you live in OP and work 25 miles west. Are we talking Lawrence, Ottawa, Overbrook, Baker? I have no idea. I haven’t found a profile that matches your claims at any school in the area.
Oh, and BTW, I’m not a puppet, meat, sock, or otherwise. If you wish, we can meet up for coffee in OP, Lawrence, Topeka, or Manhattan.
So anyway, I looked at your user page, and you indicate that you’re interested in all things K-State. So why do you fight so hard to have the school named incorrectly? Full disclosure: I’m a K-State grad 199x and KU grad 200x. It almost seems like shame, as if you would disavow the agricultural core of K-State.
I’m proud of it. I grew up on a farm in western Kansas, and originally went to K-State to major in pre-vet. I dormed in Marlatt, with all of the engineering and architecture freaks—some of whom remain my closest friends to this day. I love the school. I take pride in pointing out to many of my KU friends that K-State is the school of applied science, and that engineering degrees from there are worth more than those from KU.
Dude. I gave references. So did the other guy (I honestly forget his name—haven’t been to the talk page in a few months). The true, official, and legal name of the institution of post-secondary education located in Manhattan Kansas is “The Kansas State University of Agriculture and Applied Sciences”.
You’re faced with fact and reference. Will you embrace those, or will you appeal to insular and esoteric rules? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.143.39.73 (talk) 00:48, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
