"Corrections on Ijdeebrin"

[edit]

Hello,

In my attempt to add some information to the article "Ijdeebrine", you reverted my changes claiming that my citations weren't valid or not enough. I would just like to say that my changes, those which you reverted, I wasn't done with them and these are very well known facts.

The family that I speak of has many houses across the village considering this a very large family. This family is split after a long process concering ancestry, but the family was reconnected by marriage occuring between 1940 and 1950, that marriage resulting in almost 30-40 new additions to the family by birth and marriage. This family keeps expanding itself across this community making an effort to withstand it.

Please tell me what I should do so that I can add some of the family's contributions and importance in the village.

        - I noticed that you made a change to an article, Ijdeebrine, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so!

Dominantxx (talk) 23:05, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Your statement that I am "claiming" your sources are inadequate is not correct. I am stating a fact based on established Wikipedia policy. As I said in my edit summary, please read and understand WP:RS (reliable sources) and WP:OR (original research) which details sourcing requirements for Wikipedia. Also important is WP:Citing sources and WP:N (notability), of particular importance in building an encyclopedia based on verifiability, covered under WP:V. The Red Room

[edit]

Thanks for fixing The Red Room. I didn't notice that the vandalism went back more than one edit! Leschnei (talk) 00:10, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

please explain

[edit]

!!! I am not a vandal. MOST of what is on the page I have no issue with BUT a government agency CREATED in 1958 did not certify something in 1928!!! (Heath Parasol)

I'D LIKE TO CREDIT AN INNOVATOR... Mr Heath published at least three different versions of his plans in the 1920s, then he later sold kits of one of those plans but to my mind any "flying thing" built to any of those plans is a Heath. Others, notably Mann, credit Heath in the derivative plans they created.

Further NOTHING was certified in the US prior to 1928, only "aircraft" were certified by the CAB 1928-1958 (YOU CAN GOOGLE YOURSELF HERE) and the FAA 1958- (AGAIN GOOGLE "WIKIPEDIA") by legal (FAR 103 -- Guess what! YOU CAN GOOGLE YOU AGAIN!) definition a thing that flies BUT is 254 pounds or less in empty weight is not legally an aircraft.

YOUR ENTRY LISTS THE PARASOL AT 280 pounds with a 105 pound engine, but some INCLUDING MINE were built with 45 pound engines, that brings them under the 254 pound FAR 103 limit. THAT IS ALL THAT I AM TRYING TO SAY. I love the Parasol, I own one, I'd be happy to share and make the entry on the Parasol better -- I AM NOT A VANDAL but the original author has only told part of the story.

How can you delete what I am writing when you don't even know the subject. Why can't I write a biography where you don't know the person. Is there a specific rule? I understand me getting the information on has been a bit messy and probably not the right way but nothing had been published yet and all the information is 100% accurate. Some people need o learn, we don't all do this for a living. please advise. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Floridians (talkcontribs) 04:15, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • First off, please understand I am strictly a volunteer, and have never taken money for my work here, much less doing "this for a living." Nor am I an administrator here. I nominated your published UserPage for deletion because it was being used not for your purposes as a Wikipedia editor, but for promotion. Please note that the administrator who reviewed my nomination agreed, and carried out the deletion. I suggest that you use a Draft page in the future, which clearly distinguishes your material to editors and readers as being an article-in-progress. The learning curve here is a bit steep, but with patience, and study of how other editors write new articles, your sourced content will be accepted. Take your time, and you will understand the various requirements that go with creating content. Best wishes. Jusdafax (talk) 04:55, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined: User:--MULLIGANACEOUS--

[edit]

Hello Jusdafax. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of User:--MULLIGANACEOUS--, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Not a blatant misuse of Wikipedia as a webhost. Thank you. Shirt58 (talk) 08:54, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • This is my personal page, and I am not intending to put anything remotely controversial or unsuitable for this site. Kinda strange that my user page was mistaken as for an actual Wikipedia page. The info posted here comes directly from Candy Crush Saga wiki, which I am an administrator here. Right now, I only occasionally contribute on Wikipedia, mostly correcting vandalism. --MULLIGANACEOUS-- (talk) 02:59, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Greetings to you both. I nominated this User page for speedy deletion because I consider it to be, per under WP:U5 of WP:Speedy, a "Blatant misuse of Wikipedia as a web host" in my view, as the criteria in question describes "Pages in userspace consisting of writings, information, discussions, or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals, where the owner has made few or no edits outside of user pages." The wording on U5 policy is quite direct. Since the User page indeed has very little to do with Wikipedia and describes in substantial detail the user's video gaming activities, complete with tables and including a contact email, it seemed worthy of my nomination. My nomination was declined. Obviously I disagree with that call, and will take the decision under advisement. Best wishes. Jusdafax (talk) 21:58, 9 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

shilmani

[edit]

i was just testing the shilmani page. moreover it was initial writing. i want to create a page for Rahat Khan Shalmani who was a prominent figure in our district. can you help me please how to create that — Preceding unsigned comment added by Amirzaman69 (talkcontribs) 20:58, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello. I reverted your edit to the Shilmani article that stated "Naek Amal Khan was elected as a member of provincial assembly in 1990 and 1997 from ANP. he was very noble person" which has several problems. Saying someone is "very noble" is a violation of Wikipedia policy per Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. Not including a reference or source to confirm your edit is also a violation of WP:Verifiability and Wikipedia:No original research. To understand the referencing requirements at Wikipedia, I suggest you start at Wikipedia:Reliable sources. A Google search of Rahat Khan Shalmani doesn't give any useable references that I can find in English, but you may find some in other languages. I hope this helps you understand my revert. Speedy deletion declined: Wikipedia:Rohan Anil Patole

[edit]

Hello Jusdafax. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Wikipedia:Rohan Anil Patole, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: It's not in userspace. Should be in mainspace, I'll move it, then tag it for A7. Sorry to be anal about the criteria. Thank you. GedUK  10:28, 12 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The mainspace article has been speedily deleted by another admin now. Thanks. GedUK  11:03, 12 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'd disagree with your assessment, given the fact that several other editors felt as I did about your edits and reverted them also, and you are now banned from editing the article. I goofed, true. Suggest we call it even and move on. Jusdafax (talk) 10:14, 13 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Reverted my edits on Wikipedia page Vic Gilliam

[edit]

Hello,

I had made edits to the Wikipedia page Vic Gilliam regarding the recent death hoax confirmed by Domo (read more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domo_(NHK))

So why was my edit reverted, I gave you the link, I hope this can be helpful.

request for restoring of the page

[edit]

Hi Jusdafax,, I sincerely seek your help regarding this matter. I was trying to prepare a page for this 75+ year old gentleman P V Raghunathan who I feel merits inclusion on the wiki pages. It is not for publicity or for any other commercial reasons. In fact, he does not crave for any limelight. He has recently written his Autobiographical book 'My Many Trysts with God' which has been published by a well-known publisher of Chennai of Tamil Nadu State of India and has garnered excellent reviews on Amazon Indian site as well as global site. It is his maiden published work yet if you see the quality of his work I am sure you will be convinced that it is no less than any autobiography (both in contents as well as expression) written by anyone and published so far.

He is in the process of giving final shape to 2 more projects- one is a book on scientific spiritualism and another is the compilation of his travelogues of the journeys he has undertaken. Both of them are also of excellent quality.

As I am absolutely new to this technology of designing a page on wikipedia, I was making many trials and experiments which forced me view how the page was looking like several times.

I would highly appreciate if you please restore the contents of the page on the namespace of this user. Thanking you, sincerely yours, Abha Mittal — Preceding unsigned comment added by Abhragh2009 (talkcontribs) 02:59, 25 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Sorry, but I'm unable to restore the page. As your topic header notes, I was the editor who nominated the page, but it was actually deleted by an administrator. Your Wikipedia User page is meant to be for your goals as a Wikipedian, not for article drafts. I suggest you review Wikipedia:Drafts, which will give you more information on how to create a proper draft and prepare it for article space. Also worthy of your time are WP:N, WP:V and additional pages like Wikipedia:Citing sources to help you correctly format your draft. Creating a new article on Wikipedia is not easy if you have no previous experience, so you may want to start smaller, with a few edits to articles, to learn the ways of this place. Best wishes! Hi jusdafax, I got your message; can you please help me in publishing my contribution. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sammylrza (talkcontribs) 06:11, 25 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • To be brief, I can't help because you have used your User page for a draft of an article you wrote about yourself, which is frowned on here per WP:AUTOBIO. It's also an issue per WP:COI. Again, my suggestion is to put the page in Draft space or a Sandbox, and get further advice from someone other than me, probably an administrator. I also suggest you do some editing of different articles, because as of this posting you also appear to be a WP:SPA, here not to build an encyclopedia only to promote yourself. PBBs vs. kepone

[edit]

How come that you judge polybrominated biphenyls to have a mid importance, while you assign high to kepone (chlordecone)? IMHO PCBs clearly PBBs have a higher importance from an environmental (and public health) perspective. --Leyo 08:53, 26 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Done On further thought and study, both articles are high importance, so I have upgraded the PBB article to high. PBB's of course are related to PCB's, though not actually the same thing. Kepone is a banned substance as well. If you want to downgrade it, I won't dispute it, but I think it's a good case for high importance. Cheers! Jusdafax (talk) 22:14, 26 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You stated I did not include a citation in my edit, however I not only posted a parenthetical citation but also added the CNN article to the references section. Please give more information regarding what YOU view as a valid citation if an international news source doesn't cut it. It just seems like you're trying to get a school out of acknowledging their racism.65.79.129.245 (talk) 22:25, 3 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Greetings. I revert vandalism on Wikipedia. Please note that you failed to add an edit summary, as the edit screen requested to this edit you made to the infobox. The edit was also malformed, as it did not fit the infobox format. It is indeed true that you added a reference in your previous edit, but that did not show up in the edit you made, again without an edit summary. Since you are a new editor, it's understandable. However, when you accuse me of what you think "seems" to be, you are crossing a line, and creating needless drama. Take your time, learn the formatting rules to edit Wikipedia, and cool the veiled accusations, is my advice. Jusdafax (talk) 22:42, 3 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your Sinclair Edits

[edit]

Unless you think that Simon Cooke, olympic sailor also wrote for Your Sinclair magazine, you might be confused. Generally, links to other wikipedia pages don't require citations. I'm not sure what kind of proof you'd expect as a citation, other than links to the actual magazine. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.16.209.4 (talk) 04:30, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello. I see the article the Wikipedia link leads to is an article that was deleted, but is under review. I also see you have reverted my edit, but I won't revert further pending the outcome. Best wishes. Jusdafax (talk) 04:38, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy Deletion of my Account

[edit]

Hello! I see you nominated for the speedy deletion of my account. Honestly, I don't blame you. I am new to Wikipedia and may not have grasped the essentials of adding and editing articles here. Perhaps, I was hoping you could be of help in giving me some advice... Regards! Persont118 (talk) 06:09, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi there. Yes, learning effective editing technique, and understanding the many policies and editor culture here, is the big challenge on this website. I suggest reading Help: Wikipedia: The Missing Manual for starters. As for the User Page that was deleted (not your account, or user identity) it's generally about one's interests and goals on Wikipedia, not a personal biography.
You can start a new User Page with that in mind ; Wikipedia:User pages is a place to start (you will see a reccomendation of "limited" personal details) and WP:Notability, WP:COI and WP:Verifiability are important for editing articles in mainspace. English Wikipedia is a big confusing place that takes study at the start. I learned a lot by looking at the coding in edit screens, and copying coding methods. I hope this helps. Translations

[edit]

Hi, I received your message about you reverting my change in Asta Hampe's page. Your reason for reverting the change is that she is a living person, and in fact, she passed away in 2003. Furthermore, part of the change was merely adding automatic age calculation on the right with the information that is already available in the main article, the change of which I felt should not be reverted. The other change is regarding adding a partner Andy Röper, which is actually directly translated from German Wikipedia article [Hampe] (since she was a German person, often, there are more information about the people in their native language) and because that article did not cite a source there, I presume that particular article might also not be valid.

Plan ADOP reverts

[edit]

Hey Jusdafax, I think we should take a better look at the changes made to the Plan ADOP article. IP 90.173.2.245 has made 20+ changes, adding lots of information. It's with a learning curve (uncited first, etc), but I think we can assume good faith. After your last revert, the user added some text. Can you think of any reason why this text should be reverted? Cheers, Pyrite Pro (talk) 08:23, 23 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello, and thanks for your note. At first glance, what with previous repeated warnings, no edit summaries, and an IP who is a WP:SPA, this looked like an easy call. A further look shows some references were added, so I'll stand down. If you want me to pull my Talk page warning, I will. Jusdafax (talk) 08:31, 23 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Condon Committee, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. There is no evidence that UFOs are taken seriously today. Your edit implied that this may be the case. jps (talk) 19:36, 24 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Perchlorate Page Update

[edit]

Hello - I saw you made the most recent edits on the perchlorate. I wanted to inform you that the U.S. EPA has recently made a final determination on perchlorate and this information could be added to the section on "Regulation in the US - drinking Water. A link to the notice in the Federal Register is here: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/07/21/2020-13462/drinking-water-final-action-on-perchlorate

I would be grateful if you could update the page. As I am a consultant to companies that use and manufacturer perchlorate it would not be appropriate for me do to so.

Thank you in advance - happy to answer any questions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:204:C500:13A0:5C28:73DF:241F:AE68 (talk) 19:00, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello. Actually, I have never edited the perchlorate article. I did add a template to the article Talk page, but that's quite a different matter. A Google search of the term "perchlorate not regulated" leads me to believe the topic is complex and contentious, and at this time I have other priorities on Wikipedia and elsewhere, so I'm going to decline, but thanks for asking. Concerns on an editor's recent edits

[edit]

Hello Jusdafax, I am a casual editor who happened to stumble across your user when investigating possible avenues to report a potential issue. I understand you are not an administrator, but I would appreciate any input on this matter.

I have come across several current (and some reverted) edits by an editor (I found your signature on their talk page) across several articles on Texas municipalities that I believe to be concerning. Edits include stating a city is "known as a redneck enclave" ("redneck" also being present in their other edits), removal of information, swapping out pertinent information with other comments, seemingly a trend to remove references to other municipalities (1, 2, 3, 4), among other changes. I do not believe these edits to be constructive.

I considered reverting many changes, but I am unsure about the actual preferred action to take here (I am not particularly interested in taking a deep dive into Wikipedia policies and processes) and I am not all that interested to be the one to directly tackle this issue. I would appreciate input on this matter (thoughts, comments, issuing a warning, etc.), or if you could please direct this concern to the appropriate request board so that these pages may be restored. Thank you.

2021 World Wushu Championships

[edit]

Hi. I am Yinglong999, the creator of 2021 World Wushu Championships. I support your stance that both navboxes ('World Championships in 2021' and 'World Wushu Championships') should be kept, and it seems that user:91.124.116.230 is acting quite disruptive right now, deleting what you wrote on his talk page and calling it ″nonsense.″ I will be adding the World Wushu Championships navbox back as it is helpful and all other WWC articles have it. Yinglong999 (talk) 17:33, 10 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello. My edits have been called much worse than that over the years. I've reverted the article back to my previous revert, and placed a second warning for unexplained content deletion on the IP editor's Talk page. Cheers! Jusdafax (talk) 21:34, 10 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Untitled re: plane (moved from above)

[edit]

Feel free to email me at [email protected]

  • Hello Piper PA25235C. I have moved your comment down to the bottom and given it a topic header.

I have not termed you a vandal in my templated message on your Talk page, I do however note that your information, which I have reverted, is unsourced. If you could please add a citation, it will help your assertions, which are in my view likely.

Wikipedia can indeed be confusing for new editors. We run on verifiability as a core concept, per WP:V, and sourcing reqirements per WP:RS. Please read these links carefully, and understand their importance.

Again, I personally don't doubt you, but these policies I mention require sources for big additions to the encyclopedia. If you dont know how to cite material, look at how other material in the article has been sourced, on the edit screen. I hope this helps, and best wishes to you. • Greetings. Please read and understand the Wikipedia verifiability policy at WP:V and the sourcing requirements at WP:RS. The short version is this: information, especially controversial material, must be sourced. I am reverting the article again, please do not restore your edit until you can source it, thanks. Lime

[edit]

My name is Robb Cooper and I am the personal manager for the duo known as Lime. I edited the content and explained why.

Two impostors named Joy Dorris and Robert Hubertz have been performing illegally as Lime. They've never sung a notebon any Lime song and we've already begun legal action.

That said, please feel free to contact me at 760-464-0500 or 800-617-8161 or [email protected] and ill be happy to put you in contact with the record company, producer and our attorney.

These two imposter seriously diminish the authentication that Wikipedia thrives on.

Thank you. LIME MANAGER (talk) 21:01, 31 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hello. This may well be true, but you need a reliable source per WP:RS as a citation (WP:CITE) in the article to confirm that. I suggest you find an article in the media regarding the changes you wish to make that supports your contentions. Please remember that you must use a reliable source per WP:RS. Wikipedia is built on the concept of verifiability per WP:V. Since you are a new editor, it's clear you don't yet understand how the encyclopedia works. I am an unpaid volunteer, and don't call people on the phone to verify information or changes to articles. New editors are often puzzled when they start editing here, because there is a lot to learn about the way this place works. Take your time. Also please be aware of the three revert rule per WP:3RR. Best wishes. Jusdafax (talk) 21:19, 31 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Arent you a little too speedy with the speedy deletion notice ?

[edit]

Hi Jusdafax, Arent you a bit too fast to stick a tag for Speedydeletion in my userspace? I havent even hardly started writing the article. I do think I know a little the rules of Wikipedia, see my contributions especially at the Dutch Wikipedia. Thanks in advance for removing the tag? --Chescargot (talk) 18:29, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Allow me to suggest that you copy the article and create a draft article per WP:Drafts. While it is true that WP:User pages allows article drafts in subpages, these subpages are often abused for promotional purposes at odds with the purpose of Wikipedia, which brings us to this situation. I see you have contested my nomination, which is your right, of course. An admin will be the judge of this. Pending that decision, I again suggest the course suggested in my first sentence. Thanks. Jusdafax (talk) 18:45, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the clarification. In line with your advice I created a draft article to copy the text there, but then the text was already removed, regardless my contest (which I thought would buy me some time)... --Chescargot (talk) 18:58, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I did too. My apologies. Jusdafax (talk) 19:23, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

BLP

[edit]

I believe that you are in breach of Wikipedia's BLP guidelines. Please immediately restore the page as I wrote it and make no further changes until we have referred these matters to Wikipedia administrators.

Lisa Gorton's secondary schooling is not on topic, and private information.

It is also incomplete information: Lisa attended Preshil for longer than she attended St Catherine's. Your Wikipedia version relies on an interview with St Catherine's school which is littered with inaccuracies.

Lisa did not study poetry under Chris Wallace-Crabbe; or, only with him among many other professors of literature at the University: she did not complete a creative writing degree.

You have also incorrectly named Lisa's undergraduate degree, which is a BA (Hons). The 'Hons' is a year-long addition to the Arts degree.

You have also incorrectly named Lisa's graduate degree. Lisa did not complete a Master of Arts at Oxford. That is a different kind of degree. She completed an MPhil in Renaissance Literature.

Lisa did not win the John Donne Society Award for Distinguished Publication in Donne Studies for her doctorate. She received it for an essay.

Lisa did not work for Scaffidi Hugh-Jones. She was an independent, freelance communication consultant. However, the information is private, and not on topic; and, if career information is to be included, your version is skewed and unrepresentative. Lisa has undertaken many other jobs at various times.

Lisa has never been a full-time writer.

The rest of your article is a stub, and, as such, misrepresents Lisa's writing life. It does not include anthologies that she has edited and been published in; it does not include public events in which she has participated; it does not include all her publications.

Lisa's grandparents are not on-topic.

Do not undo someone's edit without discussing it first. You asked me to cite a plot element from the story Aladdin itself? How about you read the story that is the subject of the article (and the SOURCE of my information) before showing your ignorance and demanding a source. DO NOT undo MY edit without discussing it with me first. Or you would be guilty of an edit war. See how that works?

[edit]

Hi Jusdafax, I've noticed that you have been tagging some user subpages marked with {{User sandbox}} for deletion using {{db-afc}}. Please note that WP:G13 only applies to userspace if it is tagged with {{AFC submission}} or contains article wizard placeholder text only, and not to user sandboxes without the AFC template. Thank you. plicit 00:51, 24 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Good to know, thanks. I've been looking into sandboxes over 6 months old which appear to be abandonded, or are just vandalism. What should I tag them with, using Huggle? Jusdafax (talk) 00:55, 24 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • If the sandboxes don't meet any of the speedy deletion criteria, they can simply be left untouched. There is WP:MFD, but consensus there historically opposes deletion of harmless sandboxes just sitting around. plicit 01:08, 24 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on User:SAIEWsaiew requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.

LLVM

[edit]

Acronyms should be publicly listed on the Internet. The obfuscation of verbal technology (acronyms) is one of the events that helped collapsed the Roman empire. If you let people like LLVM and CVS declare "an acronym is no longer an acronym, because it suits us, and helps you forget we have a past," then infirmity is afoot!

  • First off, you are editing without using edit summaries, as the edit screen clearly requests where it says "Briefly describe your changes." Doing so is important because it helps vandal patrollers like myself to understand your intent. Secondly, seeing that your second edit to the article left the sentence you edited incomplete, I found good reason to revert your edits. I hope you will learn from this experience, since you started editing Wikipedia less than a week ago, and use edit summaries from now on, as well as make an effort to edit the encyclopedia competently by reviewing your edits before publishing them, as well as afterwards. Thank you. Jusdafax (talk) 22:55, 24 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

However, I appreciate the heads up on the NYT article, which I have not read. I’ll try to take a look at it. This topic, UFO’s/UAP’s, is quite contentious both on Wikipedia and worldwide, and in my view dubious tactics are in play by various parties. I strongly suggest you refrain from further sockpuppet activity.
