Potential request for help and advice

[edit]

Hi, I don't want to much bother (or write to much) on friendly notice. If you can, could you investigate the edits made by unregistered user with accounts 141.136.245.131 and 89.164.199.18 reverted by user FMSky. The edits made by former are I think well made, constructive, analitical and fair but with some mistakes of course; FMSky's edits are possibly result of vandalism and unfairness (and violation of some rules potentially), while the former's aim is to make a correct grammar mistakes (comas, colons, duplicate words (and numbers)) etc. and to make texts comprehensible, smooth and, in some cases, some shortening and so on. The topic is about video game titles (sections Gameplay, Development and Reception, the latter probably not in all articles). I know you are not administrator but if you can check it out; if it is vandalism, then possible revert to all or partial. I went to another user to talk but was mistake (little edits about 40), while you have a lot. Please also refrain from bad unregistered users bias - not all unregistered users are bad (they can be fair and honest) but some are bad ones; it is also for registered (some good, some bad). In addition, I also respect some Wiki rules, even though some of them I am not agreedable with them too much, just calm opinion. You can delete message freely, but before this please read it if you can. If there is another one who can help and understand, well thank you. Peace.

Question

[edit]

Hi! Good job expanding the Protector (Atari Jaguar video game) page :)

Was wondering can you help expand another Bethesda game related game article? (their first game Gridiron!) Timur9008 (talk) 08:55, 8 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Timur9008:Hello! I would like to but unfortunately i do not have much interest in working on Gridion! compared to Protector, since Protector (which i am a fan of) was basicallly the start of the homebrew age for the Jaguar after being declared as open platform by Hasbro and the first release by Songbird Productions (which should have an article at Wikipedia at this point). That and i'm kinda in the middle of working on rewriting and expanding Iron Soldier but i could try finding some inteviews and more reviews for anybody interested in it. Roberth Martinez (talk) 15:44, 8 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hey no worries :) I actually meant just expanding the gameplay section but if you find anything else that would be excelent :D Timur9008 (talk) 16:05, 8 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Metamor Jupiter

[edit]

Hello. Thank you for improving Spriggan Powered.

Please watch Metamor Jupiter. I had already created it, but someone who don't understand the notability rules for games deleted it, even though I've added plenty of references, including a full review by a third-party Japanese magazine and mentions by publications from other countries.

I fear that the same person will attempt to delete it again, since he/she don't follow the rules and ignore the hundreds or thousands of already existing articles about games that have no good references at all. -- Beqwk (talk) 01:44, 8 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

List of shoot 'em up games

[edit]

Hello again. Please take a look at Draft:List of shoot 'em up games and make sure it gets published. I spent days on it, and there are already lists about many other video game genres. If appropriate, split it into different pages. Thank you. -- Beqwk (talk) 01:53, 8 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Guardian Force

[edit]

Hello. More editors who don't follow the rules and are on Wikipedia just to destroy our hard work now want to delete Guardian Force (video game), even though I've already provided:

  • A full old magazine review about it
  • A review from Hardcore Gaming 101, maybe the most respected English-language retro gaming site
  • A review of the compilation by Nintendo Life, a current major gaming site

Please watch this article and make sure they won't delete it. I won't waste my time creating any other articles due to these editors. I suspect they don't even click on the references I spent days searching for on Archive.org and other sites.

If you have the time, please watch all the other articles I've created too. Thank you. -- Beqwk (talk) 01:43, 16 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
