You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia for using sockpuppets to get around a final warning. Your block will expire in 24 hours. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. Any further abuse of Wikipedia will lead to further, potentially longer, blocks. For the benefit of other editors: this account appears to be a sockpuppet of Jhazared (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log). —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 00:12, 30 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please see the comment I left at User talk:Jhazared. Also, you should realize that your use of multiple accounts (sockpuppets) has the appearance of undermining your position, and leaves you open to further blocks for violation the of sockpuppet policy. I would advise you to stick to one account. —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 20:28, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for vandalism of Wikipedia. With regards to your comments on Talk:4chan: Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. "Do not make personal attacks anywhere in Wikipedia. Comment on content, not on the contributor. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users." Please keep this in mind while editing. Thanks.  (aeropagitica)   (talk)  22:01, 24 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Contribs[edit]

Why are we keeping this guy around? He's literally just a troll. Seriously, you've been far too lenient in my opinion considering his contribs. I move for a perm ban. E. Sn0 =31337= 20:47, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Removing warnings[edit]

Please do not remove legitimate warnings from your talk page or replace them with inappropriate content. Removing or maliciously altering warnings from your talk page will not remove them from the page history. You're welcome to archive your talk page, but be sure to provide a link to any deleted legitimate comments. If you continue to remove or vandalize legitimate warnings from your talk page, you will lose your privilege of editing your talk page. Thanks. —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 02:00, 12 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to remove legitimate warning messages from your talk page, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Ryūlóng 21:17, 12 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
This is your last warning. Removing legitimate warnings from your talk page is considered to be disruption. You will be blocked from editing Wikipedia and your talk page will be protected from editing if you do it again. —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 00:51, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
What about when my legitimate comments are removed from talk pages? Got a nice little double standard there, eh? Logoboros
Moreover, quit saying I'm a sockpuppet of Jhazared, and for God's sake don't make crap up and block me for "being a jerk". Just say what I'm being blocked for and be done with it. Logoboros
One more thing. I'll stop malicious editing if you stop harassing me about truly constructive edits. Is that acceptable? Logoboros
I have no knowledge or opinion about the discussion at Talk:4chan (which I assume is what you're referring to by "legitimate comments removed from talk pages." You can take that up with Ryulong. But a disagreement with another editor does not justify bad behavior, or the removal of legitimate warnings from your talk page. If you have an issue with one contributor, you can take it to a larger forum (such as WP:AN/I) and explain the situation to impartial observers. You can also pursue any of several forms of dispute resolution. But your edits of September 9 were unacceptable, and not an appropriate or effective way to raise your concerns.
I would say that these edits ([1] [2] [3]) could be accurately described as "being a jerk". It could also be described as a violation of this principle, which uses stronger language than "jerk".
As for you and Jhazared: whether you are sockpuppets or meatpuppets is immaterial for Wikipedia's purposes. Both accounts damaged the science fiction article in the same way (removing the word "fantasy" and the letter "a" repeatedly), and Jhazared edited the 4chan article with complaints very similar to those you made on its talk page. Accordingly, the two accounts have been treated as one, in accordance with Wikipedia:Sock puppetry#Meatpuppets. (I have yet to hear an explanation for that odd "bug" that affected both you and Jhazared, but since the problem seems to have been resolved, and Jhazared hasn't edited recently, it's not really an issue.) —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 16:48, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
