License tagging for Image:Pysche Revived1.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Pysche Revived1.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 09:08, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

You can revert this yourself just by editing the page with the myspace link and removing it, however, I've done that for you. Looking at his contributions, they don't look that serious although I will check them out and keep an eye on him. This is not something that normally needs an admin's attention unless it gets out of hand, and then you should follow the instructions on this page. --Rodhullandemu (Talk) 04:12, 4 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Battle of Gettysburg[edit]

The article looks really good, but since I haven't done the FA process myself, I don't know if it meets all of the criteria. I believe it has a good shot though, so if you want to take it there, you should first get an A-class assessment through the Military History WikiProject and possibly get a peer review before nominating at FAC. Best of wishes and let me know if you have any further questions/need any assistance. Happy editing! --Nehrams2020 (talk) 07:10, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

very unimportant question :)[edit]

hello :) I just wanted to know how someone would be able to find out which pages link to one's user page, because I know I added my signature to a WikiProject, but I can't, for the life of me, recall which one it is, and I don't want to search for it. The image pages have a little list on the bottom that shows which pages link to that page, and I was just wondering if I could do the same? Thanks Mathwhiz 29 (talk) 01:53, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The "What links here" link in the toolbox on the left should do the trick. —Remember the dot (talk) 06:00, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You've got mail![edit]

Hello, Mathwhiz 29. Please check your email; you've got mail!
It may take a few minutes from the time the email is sent for it to show up in your inbox. You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{You've got mail}} or {{ygm}} template.

You may have noticed over the past few days that the MOTD that you link to on your user page has simply displayed a red link. This is due to the fact that not enough people are reviewing pending MOTDs here. Please help us keep the MOTD template alive and simply go and review a few of the MOTDs in the list. That way we can have a real MOTD in the future rather than re-using (This space for rent). Any help would be appreciated! –pjoef (talkcontribs) 11:49, 7 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for October 10[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited San Quintín Volcanic Field, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Conglomerate (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

DYK nomination of San Quintín Volcanic Field[edit]

Hello! Your submission of San Quintín Volcanic Field at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and some issues with it may need to be clarified. Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! Rlendog (talk) 02:24, 14 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is a courtesy reminder that you need to respond to the issues raised at your DYK nomination, as noted in a post here on October 14. If we don't hear from you soon, the nomination will, regrettably, have to be closed. Thank you. BlueMoonset (talk) 21:02, 3 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • I'm afraid this nomination has run out of time. I'm marking it for closure as unsuccessful; the actual closure could occur at any time, but it might be many hours before someone does it. If you stop by before then, you can still rescue it if you address the outstanding issues. BlueMoonset (talk) 15:18, 1 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please take a moment to review the nominations and nominate your own new mottos at Wikipedia:Motto of the day/Nominations/In review and Wikipedia:Motto of the day/Nominations/'Specials. Any help would be appreciated! MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 09:13, 29 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
