Move reverts
[edit]I have reverted your moves of the Cam Thomas (basketball) and Nic Claxton articles. As per WP:COMMONNAME, articles are titled using the name that is most commonly used. In the case of basketball players, their profiles on NBA.com are generally the primary reference. CalDoesIt (talk) 03:11, 15 September 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Bagumba. I noticed that you recently removed content from Kevin Durant without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. —Bagumba (talk) 03:31, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
Hi Nbafan62! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Mo Bamba several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.
All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Mo Bamba, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. —Bagumba (talk) 04:15, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you move a page disruptively, as you did at TaiwanBeer HeroBears. BilCat (talk) 02:44, 19 September 2023 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Bagumba. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Dwight Howard, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. You'll need to cite that he re-signed. —Bagumba (talk) 17:40, 26 September 2023 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Troutfarm27. Your recent edit to the page Damian Lillard appears to have added premature information about a reported sports transaction, so it has been removed for now. The transaction is based on anonymous sources and/or awaiting an official announcement. If you believe the transaction has been completed, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Troutfarm27 (Talk) 18:35, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Jusuf Nurkić, you may be blocked from editing. Troutfarm27 (Talk) 18:46, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by inserting unpublished information or your personal analysis into an article, as you did at Damian Lillard. Troutfarm27 (Talk) 18:58, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
Page moves
[edit]Hello, Nbafan62,
You have moved several articles recently and all of your moves have been reverted. Please do not move any more articles until you have gained more experience as an editor. Ignoring this advice and persisting in your disruptive behavior could lead to a loss of editing privileges.
If you have questions about moving articles or editing on Wikipedia, please bring them to the Teahouse. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 03:45, 19 September 2023 (UTC)
- I reverted your move of Bobby Portis, which did not seem to meet the policy WP:COMMONNAME. —Bagumba (talk) 17:13, 22 September 2023 (UTC)
